dinner and movies

so yeah the screening was awesome. many different varieties of films and styles. some acting, some not. ah, they were really good (most of them...there was one that was really random). neat to see how other people interpreted the theme (procrastination) and made a film about it in 24hrs. we had dinner at the Alehouse on one of the canals/rivers in Milwaukee (where baird and carol and us ate). Food was great, had wings (not boneless unfortuanately) for the first time since we've been here and i even got a free beer becuase our waitress was awesome (she didn't bring it right way, something to do with a key card? so that one was on her). Holla. i got jalepaños with my burger...fresh ones. and almost died. i've been eating the canned ones where the seeds fall out and are not super hot. well these were fresh and full of seeds. the bad thing was i chomped into quite a few of them while i was wating for my beer. so i died. and i slept like a log, all that staying up late to edit hit me hard. along with some drinks and a good meal. wham. i went out like a light. but now i'm awake, blogging and in need of cleaning our apt. its a sty. ciao.
