from Sex Objects by the Briefs:
"life is funny with what it brings sometimes."
so true, so true.
Could "the medium is the message" actually be another way of saying that, if technology determines the morals, values and rules of a society (and its not the case that individuals or a collective body sets out those beliefs devoid of the influence of thier technology), that the technology is itself what is to be communicated? Claiming that "the medium is the message" is so false though, but it is a larger part of the message than i think it to be?

So...does technology hold that power (to establish the values, morals etc) innately or do "we" grant it that position of power?
and: is it true that who or what ever determines the values, morals etc of a society is ultimately the one in control.... since that is what gets communicated? Perhaps..which would make it pretty crucial that we consider pretty carefully who or what that is .
